PPTA – The Pellegrino Automotive Technology Project (PPTA) is a program for technical training developed in partnership with our suppliers which has as its objective to ensure that the mechanics and salespersons are well prepared and motivated to face the competition in the auto parts market, efficiently meeting the demands of their customers. In addition, the PPTA offers more knowledge of products and applications.

And to help us with the social responsibility in the benefit of the community, we requested the voluntary contribution from the participants of 1 kg of food that is donated to institutions close to our units.

The Research "Os Maiores e Melhores em Distribuição de Autopeças"(The biggest and best in Automotive parts Distributor) is accomplished for 14 years for the publishing house 'Editora Novo Meio' and has as its main goal is to delineate the performance of the automotive parts supplier.
The rewarded companies was chosen by 500 automotive parts retailers whose represent the estimated universe of 30 thousand stores in the country interviewed by the publisher research team from December 2009 to January 2010. The research is formed by 26 requisites and Pellegrino was nominated by 18 of them, won 14 and was considered the best one in the general classification.

According to Antonio Carlos de Paula, Pellegrino's director and general manager, the conquest is the result of the team's work, commitment and dedication. "Only who works with passion, love, humbleness and acknowledgment, among other adjectives, in the small things, may feel happy to receive such acknowledgment from our customers".

The delivery of the Award happened on May 24th at Hilton Morumbi São Paulo and had the participation of Pellegrino's board and co-workers.

Pellegrino is one of the 150 best companies for you to work

For the 9th year in a role, Pellegrino Distribuidora de Autopeças is one of the 150 best companies of the country to work, according to the 13th edition of Guia Você S/A Exame, published by Editora Abril and considered the deepest study of work environment of Brazilian companies. 

The results shows that 88,7% of the co-workers identify themselves with the company and 81,5% feel pleased and satisfied.  According to the evaluator, "it is not rare to hear employees to refer to the ethics, seriousness and honesty of the company", for the Pellegrino's director and general manager Antonio Carlos de Paula, this perception of the employees is exactly according to the company's view, which slogan is: "You can count with us". 

Other points shown by the survey were: the benefits (food support, health plan, among other items), besides investing in education. Presently, 37% of Pellegrino's co-workers have education allowance of over 80%. The co-workers also talked about the idea program, which has as its goal to give opportunity to everyone who participates with creativity in the refinement and innovation of the processes developed in the company.
